Theme Nights: The Complete History

So today I’m delighted to present the results of a project on which I and some colleagues have been working for a number of years.

As of today, you can see almost the entire library of theme night performances, dating back to June 2014 and Theme Night #10, all the way up to Theme Night #26 which took place last month.

I say almost because unfortunately the videos from Theme Night #18 remain elusive for now but we have not given up hope of finding them.

You can however you can relive your pick of almost 450 performances from 16 theme nights by choosing the appropriate link from this page.

I must at this point acknowledge Kris and Dominika Manulak, whose trojan recording and editing work over the years has enabled us to have these wonderful memories. And indeed some of the theme night crew who helped me upload this mammoth number of videos and especially James McManus who has collated it so neatly and tastefully on my website.

One or two videos may have slipped through the cracks along the way, so if you have performed at a theme night and your video isn’t where you would expect to find it, please contact me and I will see if we can locate it.

Also today towards the bottom of this page you can find a list of the 401 people who have taken part in the theme nights over the years, and in which theme nights each has taken part. A special mention here to Sinéad Conway and Eoin Troy, who have each taken part in 24 of the 26 nights – incredible service to the shows.

I have done my best to make this list as accurate as possible, but if I have missed anyone, included any incorrect details, or indeed omitted anything that should have been included, I would be delighted to hear from you with amendments – it doesn’t matter how small.

Finally, there will be an announcement about Theme Night #27 on these blog pages later this week. As always subscribers to this blog will be the first to hear.
